About the school
Our training centre is at 208A High Road, Leytonstone, London E11 3HU
Courses are led by founder Erika Fernandes, a beauty and aesthetics educator with over 20 years of experience in the industry, together with our tutor team.
We are an approved centre for Qualifi, ABT, The Guild and CPD.
Qualifi qualifications are regulated by Ofqual, the official regulator of qualifications in England.
Our groups are small, usually 2 to 6 students, so every student gets individual attention and plenty of hands-on practice.
Yes. Our founder is Brazilian and our team offers full support in Portuguese, from your first enquiry to course completion. Courses and assessments are delivered in English and Portuguese are used when necessaary to understand. We help Portuguese-speaking students every step of the way.
You need enough English to follow the course content and complete any written assessments. Qualifi qualifications at Level 5 and above include written assignments in English. If you’re unsure about your level, talk to us before booking.

Short courses run throughout the year, on weekdays and weekends. Programmes (Level 2 to Level 7) have set start dates. Contact us for the next intake

Yes. Our courses include hands-on practice on live models, supervised by your tutor
Short courses are designed to be practical. Theory is kept focused and most of the time is spent practising. For longer, regulated qualifications, see our Level 2 to Level 7 programmes.
Certificates, insurance & working in the UK
It depends on the course. Regulated programmes lead to a qualification certificate issued by the awarding body (for example, Qualifi). Short courses lead to a certificate issued by Studio E.F. – CPD , ABT, The Guild – Depending on the couse you are doing. Each course page shows exactly what you’ll receive.
Our certificates are accepted by beauty and aesthetics insurers, so you can apply for insurance. Talk with our team if you have any questions about this.
Many of our students go on to work in salons and clinics, or open their own business. We’re happy to guide you on the next steps, including insurance and local council requirements.
As of September 2026, there is no single legal requirement for a Level 7 qualification. The UK Government has confirmed plans for a licensing scheme for non-surgical cosmetic procedures in England, but it is not yet in force. Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine, and cosmetic Botox and filler injections are banned for under-18s in England. We keep our students up to date as the rules change. Contact us for advice on the right qualification path for you.
If you’re new to the industry, a Level 2 or Level 3 programme or a beauty short course is the best starting point. For aesthetics, the usual path is Level 4 → Level 5 → Level 7. Message us and we’ll help you plan your route.
