Erika was born in Mooca, São Paulo. In early 2007 she moved to London, where she built her career working in spas and aesthetic clinics — learning first-hand what clients expect and what employers look for in a therapist.
In 2017 she opened her own training school, then called Studio Hair & Beauty Training. Today it is Studio E.F. Aesthetic & Beauty Training, offering short courses and accredited programmes from Level 2 to Level 7.
Alongside her practical training, Erika holds degrees in Business (Brazil and UK) and Nursing (UK), and is a graduate of the University of West London — knowledge she brings into every aesthetics class on anatomy, safety and client care.
She is married and a mother of three, and still teaches in the studio herself.
