This course builds on your foundation training and expands what you can offer with botulinum toxin and dermal fillers, including hyperhidrosis treatment, facial contouring and jawline enhancement.
The 8 CPD hours include 2 hours of pre-course reading and 4 hours of practical experience with live models.
Practitioners who already hold basic botulinum toxin and basic dermal filler training.
Don’t hold an NVQ Level but have other qualifications related to this area — especially work with needles? Message us and we’ll check whether you can enrol.
2 hours of reading before the course day.
Advanced techniques, assessment and safety.
4 hours of supervised hands-on practice.
On successful completion you’ll receive a CPD-accredited certificate from Studio E.F. Aesthetic & Beauty Training, which you can use to apply for insurance and offer treatments to clients.

Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine in the UK, so non-prescribers need to work with a UK registered prescriber. Cosmetic Botox and filler injections are banned for under-18s in England. The Government has confirmed plans for a licensing scheme for non-surgical cosmetic procedures, not yet in force (October 2026).
