Botulinum toxin and vitamin B12 are prescription-only medicines in the UK, so non-prescribers need to work with a UK registered prescriber. Cosmetic Botox and filler injections are banned for under-18s in England. The Government has confirmed plans for a licensing scheme for non-surgical cosmetic procedures, not yet in force (October 2026).
